摘　　要：研究了多带激励模型(MBE-Multi-Band Excitation)的编解码原理,参数提取,及语音合成方法;在降低数码率,压缩频带宽度方面进行了有益的探索.并分析了算法的优势和不足之处.通过仿真实验,设计了硬件测试及软件设置方法.提出了对该算法的改进思路.The encode ＆ decode principle, the pick-up means of parameter, and the method of speech synthesize were studied based on MBE model. In the reduction of the digital rate and bandwidth compression, the useful exploration was put forwards. And its＇ superiority and shortage concretely has also been analynized. Moreover, by simulation experiments the methods to set up hardware and software testing and the amelioration about this arithmetic were improved which were significative in references.
