摘　　要：文章简述了卫生陶瓷工作模用石膏粉的生产工艺,较全面地介绍了模用石膏粉的质量检测项目及其检测方法;分析了制模工艺、机理及其影响因素;研究并探讨了提高模具寿命和成形速率的因素与方法。The article elaborated the production technology of gypsum powder used in sanitary ceramic working mold, introduced comprehensively the gypsum powder used in mold quality test items and test methods; analysis of the tooling technology, mechanism and influencing factors; studyed and discussed the factors and methods to improve the life of mold and the rate of forming.
