摘  要:在室温及酸性条件下,甲醛可以催化溴酸钾氧化乙基橙,使其反应褪色,据此建立了顺序注射动力学光度法测定甲醛的新方法.方法的线性范围是0.01-15 mg/L,对10 mg/L的标准溶液进行了9次平行测定,其相对标准偏差为0.38%,方法的检出限为0.004 mg/L.应用于环境水中甲醛的测定,结果令人满意.A kinetic spectrophotometric method combined with sequential injection analysis was proposed for the determination of trace formaldehyde. It was based on the catalytic effect of formaldehyde on the oxidation of ethyl orange by potassium bromate in acid medium and at room temperature. The linear range of the detection was 0.01 - 15 mg/L and the detection limit for formaldehyde was 0. 004 mg/L. The relative standard deviation was 0.38 % via nine repeated determination of 10 mg/L formaldehyde. The method was applied to determine formaldehyde of environmental water with satisfactory result.
