摘　　要：虚拟企业理论在物流领域中有很好的适用性,而现代物流的发展也离不开虚拟企业理论。采用文献综述的方法,通过对虚拟企业理论研究现状的分析,对其在物流领域中的应用进行了现状分析和展望。得到虚拟企业理论在物流领域有广阔的前景。Virtual enterprise theory in a very good application in logistics field, and modem logistics＇ development is also inseparable from the virtual enterprise theory. This paper adopts the method of document summarize. This paper analysis and forecasts the application of virtual enterprise theory in logistics field based on analysis of present study of virtual enterprise theory. The conculation is virtual enterprise theory has an expansive foregyoond in logistics fled.
