摘　　要：建设创新型国家需要以国家科技资源的合理配置和高效利用为基础,中科院开展的院地合作,为国立研究机构科技资源与区域发展的结合开辟了一条新的路径。本文归纳了中科院院地合作的四种基本模式,并以院地共建研究机构为例总结了中科院在院地合作的空间布局、功能布局和学科布局等方面的经验。An innovation - oriented country should be based on the efficiency of using scientific and technological resources of the country. Chinese Academy of Sciences therefore initiated Academy - Locality cooperation to improve regional devel- opment with science and technology resources of national research institutes by cooperating with local government. This pa- per summarizes four basic models of Academy - Locality cooperation, and takes Academy - Locality research institutions as an example to conclude CAS＇ s experience in the space layout, function and subjects arrangements of the cooperation.
