摘　　要：将多体动力学和有限元法相结合,采用有限元法和多体动力学对转向架侧架疲劳寿命进行分析.以我国某型铁道货车为例,在多体动力学软件SIMPACK中建立整车模型,提取其转向架侧架的时间-载荷历程,然后利用有限元软件ANSYS获得结构的动应力响应因子.最后,基于动载荷历程和Palmigren-Miner线性损伤理论,利用n-soft软件进行疲劳寿命分析.Bogie fatigue life simulation is analyzed based on muhibody dynamics and Finite Element Method in this paper. Taking a freight car of China as example, the vehicle model is set up based on SIMPACK, load history from it is picked up, and the stress-influence factors are calculated in software ANSYS. Finally, based on load history and Palmigren-Miner liner damage theory, the side frame of ZK6 fatigue life is estimated in the software n-soft.
