摘　　要：为了考察胰高血糖素样肽1受体在神经保护过程中的作用,设计并构建了胰高血糖素样肽1受体的干扰质粒,通过转染PC12细胞,对其干扰效率进行了分析,获得了对glp-1r基因有较好干扰效率的siRNA质粒,为今后研究GLP-1受体的功能提供了实验材料.Glucagon-like peptide 1 （GLP- 1 ） shows multiple physiological functions by activating its receptor. To explore the role of GLP - 1 receptor in the neuroprotection, this paper designs and constructs the siRNA plasmid, and compares the efficiency of different interference sequences in PC12 cells. Based on this, a GLP - 1 receptor interfered stable cell line is obtained, which can be a useful tool for the following research of GLP - 1 receptor.
