摘  要:针对在对附着于结构表面的压电材料的阻抗检测中高性能阻抗分析仪价格昂贵,不便于携带的问题.设计开发出一种便携式的小型阻抗测量系统.用该小型阻抗测量系统对机械结构中螺栓松动的情况进行反复实验,结果证明:所设计的阻抗测量系统的精确度与目前商用的多用途阻抗分析仪相差无几,不但可以对机械结构进行实时在线损伤检测,而且对于微小损伤的检测也非常有效.In view of problem that the price of impedance analyzer for the piezoelectric material attached to structure's surface is a very expensive and not easy to carry, this paper develops a field - portable small -size impedance measurement system for structural health monitoring. Some experimental results for testing the torque loose in the bolt for a truss structure are presented. The results indicate that an accuracy of the impedance measurement system proposed in this paper is almost as accurate as the commercial multipurpose impedance analyzer. This system can be used to conduct real -time detection of mechanical structures and is effective in mini damage detection.
