摘 要:为了进一步证明外周神经末梢的兴奋传递,在蛙背“膀胱经”皮神经标本上,用单纤维记录法,刺激一条应神经外周端,发现在部分单纤维上可引导出动作电位.动作电位出现率与记录神经的距离有关,刺激与记录神经之距越近越易引出。用P物质处理后,刺激引起的动作电位频率明显增加.In order to further prove EAP in neighbouring nerve end ings could be induced when an-other peripheral terminal was stimulated , the single nerve fiber record method was used to prepare the skin nerve endings in 'Urinany Bladder Channel' of frog' s back. The results revealed that single nerve fiber could produce EAP when another peripheral terminal was stimulated. The nearer nerve end-ing to sitmalus,the more spike frequencies would be recolded. Substance P ip not only increased the fre-quencies of EAP, but also increased the expanding distance of EAP. It is inferred that substance P could be the excitatory transmitter between peripheral nerve endings.
