摘　　要：用ELISA法检测14例健康孕妇、37例宫内膜抗体阳性和25 例宫内膜抗体阴性的不孕妇女血清中的宫内膜抗原-抗体复合物(IgG型和IgM型)的结果表明,健康孕妇血清中无宫内膜抗原抗体复合物,宫内膜抗体阳性的不孕妇女血清中有较多的IgG型复合物(37/37)和较少的IgM型复合物(9/37),宫内膜抗体阴性的不孕妇女血清中只有极少IgM型复合物(1/25)。方法学的考核表明该法特异性、重复性和稳定性良好,可用于临床检测。Endometrial antigen-antibody complexes in sera were investigated in 14 healthy fertile women, 37 infertile women of endometrial antibody( + ) and 25 infertile women of endometrial anti-body (-) by ELISA. It was found that there was no endometrial antigen-antibody complex in healthy fertile women, more complexes of type IgG(37/37) and a little complexes of type IgM(9/37) in in-fertilewomen of endometrial antibody( + ), and little complex of type IgM(l/15) in infertile women of endometrial antibody(-). The assay was specific,repeated and stable. It may be applied to clinic de-tection.
