腹部闭合性损伤患者血清胃泌素水平的观察

摘　　要：按休克程度将35例腹部闭合性损伤患者分为轻、中、重3组.采用放射免疫分析法测定患者治疗前后血清胃泌素(Gas)的水平.结果发现:①治疗前,患者Gas含量明显高于对照组,且病情越重升高越显著.②治疗后,轻度休克患者Gas水平降至正常;中度者较治疗前明显下降,但仍显著高于对照组,重度者治疗前后比较无显著变化.提示:对于腹部闭合性损伤患者,动态观察血清Gas水平,不仅对观察病情变化且对其预后判定具有重要的临床参考价值.Closed abdominal injury patients 35 were classified according to the degree of shock into three groups: minor, moderate and severe, and the serum gastrin levels were measured by RIA. The results showed that;before treatment , the levels of serum gastrin in the patients were higher than those in normal subjects, and the more serious their injuries were , the higher the levels would be; and that after treatment , the gastrin levels in the monir and moderate groups decreased significantly, but the levels remianed high in the moderate groups, and decreased to normal in the minor group. No significant difference were observed in the severe group before and after treatment. These data suggest that the measurement of serum gastrin levels may be of great value in patients with closed abdominal injury especially in the severe ones.
