复方牛磺酸滴眼剂抗过敏作用研究

摘　　要：目的：观察复方牛磺酸滴眼剂（ＣＴＵ）抗过敏作用。方法：以卵清蛋白致敏大鼠，两周后用卵清蛋白液滴眼引起眼过敏反应，同时静脉注射偶氮蓝（ＥＢ）染料，给予药物治疗。测定ＥＢ在眼的渗出量以评价眼组织微血管通透性和炎症水平。结果：ＣＴＵ治疗眼ＥＢ渗出量低于生理盐水治疗眼（Ｐ＜０．０１），与可的松治疗眼差异性无显著意义，渗出抑制率为４０．９６％。OBJECTIVES: To observe the effect of compound taurine eye drops (CTU) on ocular allergy in rats. METHODS: 12 male wistar rats, immunized previously by intraperitoneal injection of egg albumin, had DL dithiothreitol applied topically to eyes 15 min prior to topical challenge with egg albumin. Immediately before challenge, the rats were injected intravenously with Evans Blue (EB). After 30 min, the animals were killed and the dye extracted from the eyes. The intensity of EB extravasation was determined by spectrophotometry at 620 nm. Before challenge, one eye of each rat received CTU topically (Group 1) and 0.5% cortisone acetate eye drop (Group 2), and the fellow eye physiological saline (control). RESULTS: CTU suppressed significantly EB extravasation with 40.96% inhibitory rate ( P < 0.01 ), when compared to the control. No difference was observed between treatments of CTU and 0.5% cortisone (inhibitory rate: 26.82% ). CONCLUSION: Compound taurine eye drops is beneficial to ocular allergy.
