摘  要:目的:比较2型糖尿病患者与正常人之间血清1,25-二羟基维生素D3[1,25(OH)2D3]水平的差异,分析维生素D与2型糖尿病的关系。方法:选择2型糖尿病患者110例为病例组,同期本院健康体检者105例为对照组。用ELISA法测定血清1,25(OH)2D3水平,同时进行问卷调查并检测相关临床及生化指标,统计分析。结果:血清1,25(OH)2D3在病例组和对照组中的差异明显(P<0.01),血清1,25(OH)2D3与空腹血糖呈显著负相关(rs=-0.696,P<0.01)。结论:血清1,25(OH)2D3在2型糖尿患者中明显低于正常人。空腹血糖越高,血清1,25(OH)2D3越低。Objective:To compare the difference of serum 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3(1,25(OH)2D3) between type 2 diabetes mellitus patients and normal persons,and to analyze the relationship between vitamin D3 and type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: 110 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected as the case group,and 105 healthy people were selected as the control group. ELISA was used for the detection of serum 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3. Questionnaire survey was performed,and clinical and biochemical indexes were also detected. Results:There was a significant difference in serum 1,25 (OH)2D3 level between the case and control group (P 〈 0.01 ). There was a significant negative correlation between serum 1,25 (OH)2D3 level and fasting blood glucose (rs=-0.696, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion:Serum 1,25 (OH)2D3 in the case group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The higher fasting blood glucose, the lower serum 1,25 (OH) 2D3.
