摘　　要：体制改革试点班的教育教学工作,四川警察学院确立了"一个中心"、"两个结合"、"三个贯穿"的三大工作理念,形成了"针对藏区、灾区的思想政治主题教育"、"教学练战四位一体的警务实战教学"、"双学分制的素质养成教育体制"和"学警结合、校局互动育人机制"的四大特色教育模式,着力构建岗位能力突出的警务人才。The teaching work of the SiDianBan system reform, Sichuan Police College established three kinds of working concept, namely a center, two combined, three throughout, formed four types of special education modes, namely, outstanding theme of Tibetan or the disaster area in ideological and political education, the teaching system of policing actual combat, diathesis education system of the double credit system, the common training mode of the Police College and the public security organ.
