摘　　要：我国房地产业方面的法律法规及政策在当今时代背景下,已显得极不合理,故有必要加快改进步伐。然正义之内函与标准多样,故必须选择一合理观念,以从善而行。纵观世界,罗尔斯的公平正义观最为可取,故以之为基准探讨我国房地产业发展的应有之义,以期破除陈规陋见,还正义于吾国民。Under the present era background ,our country real estate industry aspect＇s laws and regulations and the policy, already appeared extremely unreasonable.Therefore ,it necessity to speed up the improvement step. However in the justice the letter and the standard are diverse, so must choose a reasonable idea, by which can we followed. The holoscopie world, Rolles＇s fair just view most may take, therefore discusses our country real estate industry development take it as the datum to have righteousness, eradicates the outmoded rules and regulations narrow views by the time, but also justly in my national.
