金沙江中上游限制开发区产业结构整合与战略定位研究

摘　　要：限制开发区主体功能定位下,确保区域主体功能的发挥与维持区域经济的稳步发展成为这一类主体功能区面临的重大课题。历史基础薄弱、投入产出规模小、可进入性差、生态功能地位突出等成为影响金沙江中上游限制开发区区域发展的关键因素,在限制开发区域格局下,拟以生态经济平衡理论和区域可持续发展理念为指导,研究区域产业结构整合与战略定位,尤其是区域生态经济协调发展中的区域产业特色化、规模化、生态化和市场化等问题。Based on the positioning of restricted development zone, to ensure the exertion of regional main function and to maintain regional economic stability has become a major issue these type of development priority zones are facing. Less profound historical background, small input and output, poor accessibility and outstanding ecological functions have become crucial factors that influence the regional development of the upper and middle reaches of Jinsha river. Therefore,in the frame of the restricted development zone,this paper,under the eco-economic balance and regional sustainable development guidance, aims to study industrial structure integration and strategic orientation, particularly its characteristics, scale, ecology and market orientation in the harmonious development of regional ecological economy.
