摘  要:(1.北京信息科技科技大学北京市传感器重点实验室,北京100101;2.青岛科技大学数理学院,青岛266061)摘要:提出了一种三丝结构气流式水平姿态传感器。采用有限元方法,利用ANSYS——FLOTRAN CFD软件,通过建模、划分网格、加载和求解等途径,计算了在不同倾斜状态下三丝结构和二丝结构敏感元件内的温度场和流场。计算结果表明,在倾斜状态下,三丝结构在两热源处的气流速度之差要比二丝结构大近5倍。三丝结构使加热丝与检测丝分离,解决了工作电流和输出灵敏度之间的相互矛盾,并可降低工作电流。测试结果表明:三丝结构气流式水平姿态传感器与二丝结构气流式水平姿态传感器相比,灵敏度由10mV/(°)增大到18mV/(°),响应时间从原来的100ms降低到40ms,工作电流由原来的80mA降低到40mA。三丝结构优于两丝结构。Three wire structure of the airflow level posture sensor was described in this paper. Using ANSYS FLOTRAN CFD program, the temperature field and the stream field in sensing element of three wire structure and two wire structure under the effect of the different tilt state had been obtained by a series of procedure,such as model building, meshing, loads applying and equation solving. The results showed the airflow rate difference of three wire structure was nearly five times bigger than two wire structure in the two heat sources in tilt status. Three wire structure made heating wire separated from detection wire, solved the contradiction between operating current and output sensitivity, and decreased operating current. The test results also showed that compa ring three wire structure with two wire structure of the airflow level posture sensor, the sensitivity increased from 10 mV /(°) to 18 mV/(°) , response time decreased from 100 ms to 40 ms, operating current decreased from 80 mA to 40 ma. Three wire structure was better than two wire structure.
