摘  要:介绍了一种采用相干光技术和声光技术相结合的信号检测技术,研制出了中心频率为65MHz,带宽为30MHz,频率分辨率优于1MHz,动态范围为30dB的声光信号处理模块。通过试验验证,该产品具有高的信号处理增益,实现了宽带信号的实时快速检测,并得到了满意的实用效果。A signal measuring technology combined the coherent optical technology with the acousto-optic technology was introduced in this paper. The acousto-optic signal processing module with the central frequency of 65 MHz has been developed. The device has a bandwidth of 30 MHz, and the frequency resolution of better than 1 MHz and the dynamic range of 30 dB have been achieved. The experiment confirmed that the module has very high signal processing gain and the rapid real-time measurement with wide-band signal has been realized. A good result has been obtained in using this acousto-optic signal processing module.
