摘 要:针对读写头驱动臂的振动响应限制了硬盘驱动器性能提高的问题,进行了硬盘读写头驱动臂的压电分流阻尼抑振实验。在考虑驱动臂自身阻尼的情况下,根据结构振动方程和分流电路机械阻抗方程,建立了耦合有压电分流电路的驱动臂系统的传递函数,以传递函数的极大值最小化为目标进行分流电路的参数优化,采用LM-BP网络建立优化参数和结构动力学参数间的非线性映射关系。实验证明,参数优化后的压电分流阻尼系统能有效抑制驱动臂的振动响应,使其1阶稳态响应降低了28.70dB。To solve the problem that the vibration of the read/write head actuating arm limits the performance improvement of hard disk diver, experimental studies on vibration suppression were performed for read/write head actuating arm using piezoelectric shunt damping technique. Taking account of the inherent structural damping of the arm,the transfer function expression of the system coupled with piezoelectric shunt damping circuit was derived based on the vibration equation and the non-dimensional mechanical impedance equation of shunt circuit. LM-BP artificial neural network was used to build the nonlinear mapping between optimization variables,and optimal frequency tuning parameter and electrical damping ratio in the transfer function were obtained by minimizing the peak value of the transfer function. Piezoelectric shunt circuit with optimized parameters was built and used in vibration suppression tests. The results showed that the transfer function peak value of the first mode of the arm was decreased by about 28.70 dB.
