摘 要:采用固相反应法制备(Mg0.95-xZnxCa0.05)TiO3介质陶瓷。研究了ZnO掺杂对MCT陶瓷介电性能的影响。结果表明,ZnO掺杂的MCT陶瓷的主晶相为MgTiO3和CaTiO3两相结构,随着ZnO掺杂量的增加,有第二相产生,为Zn2TiO4。ZnO掺杂能降低MCT陶瓷的烧结温度到1250℃,且对介电常数温度系数αc有调节作用。当x=0.02时在1250℃温度烧结2.5h获得最佳性能,即介电常数εr=21.7,介电损耗tanδ=1×10-5,介电常数温度系数αc=2.12×10-5。ZnO addition on MgTiO3-CaTiO3 ceramics were prepared with the conventional solid-state method. The effects of different ZnO addition on the dielectric properties of MCT ceramics were investigated. The results showed that the two-phase structures of MgTiO3 and CaTiO3 were the main phase of MCT ceramics with ZnO addition, the second phase of Zn2TiO4 was formed with increasing of ZnO addition. The sintering temperaure of MCT ceramics could be lowered to 1 250 ℃ with ZnO addition. Moreover, it also effectively adjusted the dielectric constant of temperature coefficient. The MCT ceramics possessed excellent microwave dielectric property when x = 0. 02, the dielectric constant εr = 21.7, the dielectric loss tan δ= 1 ×10 ^-5 and the dielectric constant of temperature coefficient αc= 2.12× 10^-5.
