摘  要:利用有限元法对粘贴有不同数量换能器的清洗槽的声场进行数值计算,并将声场中各点声压做统计处理来比较不同声场的强弱和均匀性。用电化学法测量了不同清洗槽的声场,实验结果和数值计算结果基本吻合。结果表明,在槽体尺寸一定时,声场强度并不随换能器个数的增加而线性增加;在换能器达到一定数量后,声场均匀性也不随换能器的增加而明显改善,此时存在一个最佳的换能器布阵数量。该文所得结果对换能器的布阵优化有一定的指导意义。The sound fields in several ultrasonic cleaning tanks with different transducer numbers were calculated using finite element method, and the calculated results were processed statistically in order to obtain the intensity and uniformity of the sound field. The electrochemical method was used to measure the sound field in different ultrasonic cleaning tanks, and the experimental results are consistent with the calculated results. The results showed that the sound field density in a given ultrasonic cleaning tank didnt increase along with the increase of transducer number,when the number of transducer came to a certain quantity. To a given dimensional ultrasonic cleaning tank,an optimal arrangement number of transducer can be found.
