摘　　要：分析了热轧中厚板生产过程中带状组织的形成机理和主要原因,讨论了连铸过程中枝晶偏析控制,以及热轧过程中加热、控制轧制和控制冷却等对带状组织的影响,并提出了预防和减轻带状组织的工艺控制措施。Mechanics and main reasons of the banded microstructure in hot rolled heavy plate were analyzed. The controlled method of dendritic segregation in continuous casting was introduced. The influence of reheating, controlled rolling and controlled cooling on banded microstructure in hot rolling was discussed. Measures to prevent and reduce the banded microstructure were proposed.
