摘  要:目的:研究穿心莲内酯对实验性糖尿病大鼠血糖及抗氧自由基的作用。方法:大鼠腹腔一次性注射链尿佐菌素(STZ)65m g/kg制备糖尿病大鼠模型,治疗组用穿心莲内酯灌胃2周,测定血糖、丙二醛(M DA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平。结果:穿心莲内酯组血糖明显下降,M DA水平降低,同时SOD水平升高,与对照组比较,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:穿心莲内酯具有减轻糖尿病大鼠氧自由基损伤、降低血糖的作用。Objective:To study the effects of Angrographolide on blood sugar level and anti-oxygen-free-radical effect in diabetic rats. Methods: The diabetic models were made by the intraperitoneal injection streptozotocin (65mg/kg) one. Diabetic rats were treated with Angrographolide for 2 weeks, and then the levels of the whole blood sugar and the eontens of MDA and the activities of SOD of serum were determined. Results : Compared with the group of control diabetic rats, in the group of diabetic rats treated with Angrographolide, the levels of blood sugar and MDA were decreased and activity of SOD were increased with significant difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Angrographolide can reduce free redical injure and decrease blood sugar level in diabetic tats.
