运用KWL策略对糖尿病患者开展健康教育的效果评价

摘　　要：目的:运用KWL策略对糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)患者开展健康教育,探索新的健康教育方法。方法:采用自行设计的调查问卷,对242例DM患者需求的健康教育内容进行调查,得出DM患者需求重点,然后随机分为实验组和对照组,运用KWL策略开展健康教育,观察其效果,并进行统计学处理。结果:实验组效果较好,差别有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:KWL策略能更有效地引导DM患者主动参与健康保健工作,可有效提高DM患者对DM相关知识的认知,具有一定的科学性、可行性和实用性,值得推广和应用。Objective：To develop health education on the patients with diabetes mellitus by the KWL strategy,and to explore a new method of health education. Methods ：By using a self-designed questionnaire ,the needs for health education content of 242 DM patients were investigated, and the major demands of DM patients were obtained. Then the patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, Applying KWL strategy in health education. The effect was observed and and dealt with some data by means of statistics methods. Results ：The awareness rate of DM knowledge in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： It has certain science, feasibility and practicability, deserves popularization and application.
