高血压病患者的左室舒张功能与药物干预

摘　　要：采用正常对照及用苯那普利治疗４周前后自身对照的方法，以超声心动图测定３０例高血压病患者（高血压病组）和３３例健康人（对照组）心脏收缩功能（ＬＶＳＦ）指标和舒张功能（ＬＶＤＦ）指标，以观察苯那普利对高血压病患者心功能的影响。结果：高血压病组和对照组及高血压病组治疗前后收缩功能各指标的差异无显著性（Ｐ＞００５）；高血压病组和对照组舒张功能指标的差异有显著性（Ｐ＜００１）；治疗后舒张功能指标ＬＶＭＷ、ＥＰＳＳ、ＡＶ、ＡＦＦ较治疗前显著降低（Ｐ＜００１），ＭＶＶ、ＥＶ、ＲＦＦ、Ｅ／Ａ较前显著升高（Ｐ＜００１）。结论：苯那普利对高血压病患者的左室舒张功能有明显改善作用，但对收缩功能无影响，是优选的第一线降压药。To investigate the effect of benazepril on left ventricular function in patients with essential hypertension (EH),30 hypertentive patients and 33 healthy people were evaluated. The patients underwent Color Doppler Echocardiography recordings. Benazepril 10 40 mg/d was given to all the patients for at leasf 4 weeks. Blood pressure and Color Doppler Echocardiograpky recordings were repeated after 4 weeks treatment. The results showed that the left ventricular systolic function (LVSF)of group of hypertension and control or before cure and ofter cure had no difference (P>0 05),but the left ventricular diastolic function (LVDF) of group of hypertension and control was significantly different (P<0 01).LVDF indexs of after cure such as LVMW、EPSS、AV、AFF were decreased significantly (P<0 01), but MVV、EV、RFF、E/A was significantly increased after therapy (P<0 01). It is to be concluded that LVDF in patients with EH can be improved after 4 weeks benazepril therapy. Benazepril can be regarded as a kind of efficient and first choice drug for hypertensive patients.
