摘  要:目的观察柴芩肾安方对IgA肾病(IgAN)大鼠蛋白尿、肾功能及肾小球病理改变的影响。方法将SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组和柴芩肾安方治疗组(柴芩组),通过灌服并定时静脉注射牛血清白蛋白(BSA)复合感染葡萄球菌肠毒素B(SEB)制成IgAN模型,并用柴芩肾安方治疗。第15周末检测各组大鼠24 h尿蛋白量(Upr)、血清肌酐(SCr)和尿素氮(BUN);应用光镜和电镜观察各组肾小球形态学变化,应用荧光镜观察免疫复合物的沉积情况。结果柴芩组大鼠的Upr、BUN和SCr均低于模型组,肾小球系膜增生和IgA、IgG的沉积也较模型组减轻。结论柴芩肾安方能够降低IgAN大鼠24 h尿蛋白量,改善其肾功能,并延缓肾小球病理进展。Objective It is to observe the effect of Chaiqinshenan decoction(CQS) on proteinuria, renal function and pathological changes in glomerular of IgA nephropathy (IgAN) rats. Methods SD rats were divided randomly into normal group, model group and CQS group. Rats IgAN model were established by administrating bovine serum albumin(BSA) and injecting staphylococcus enterotoxin B(SEB) into phallic vein. CQS group was treated with CQS. At the end of 15th week, levels of 24 - hour urine protein(Upr), serum creatinine(Scr) and blood urine nitrogen(BUN) were measured. Morphologic changes of glomerular were observed under light microscope and electron microscope. Deposits of immune complexes were observed under fluorescence microscope. Results The levels of Upr, BUN and Scr were lower in CQS group than that in the model group. The mesangial proliferations and deposits of IgA with IgG in CQS group were improved more than that in the model group. Conclusion CQS can reduce Upr, improve renal function and retard the development of renal pathologic changes in IgAN rats.
