两组聚硼酸酯化合物的溶液缓蚀性能研究

摘  要:在引发剂偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)作用下,通过溶液聚合得到硼酸酯单体丙烯酰胺甲基-N-十二烷基硼酸二乙醇胺酯(BES)与丙烯酰胺(AM)的共聚物PBA以及BES均聚物PBES。比较了PBA和PBES的表面活性,并通过静态挂片失重实验,考察了PBES和PBA的溶液缓蚀性能。结果表明,合成的两亲性聚硼酸酯PBES和PBA具有很好的表面活性,γcmc=30mN·m^-1~32mN·m^-1;缓蚀温度为30℃和50℃时,在1mol/LHCl溶液中,聚硼酸酯PBES和PBA对45#钢片的溶液缓蚀率最高可达97%和92%左右,二者缓蚀性能明显优于Tween85和OP-10;聚合物相对分子质量增大、BES质量分数增加皆有利于聚硼酸酯溶液缓蚀性能提高。Co - polymer, polyborate acrylamide ( PBA ) was obtained through solution polymerization of borate monomer( acrylamide methyl- N -dodecyl boric acid diethanolamine ester, hereinafter refers to as BES)and acrylamide under the action of azo - di - isobutyronitrile (AIBN) as initiator. Similarly, homogeneous polymer PBES was obtained by solution polymerization of BES. Surface active properties of PBA and PBES were meas- ured and compared. Corrosion inhibition performance of PBES and PBA for 45# carbon steel in 1 mol/L HCI solution was measured and compared with conventional inhibitors OP - 10 and Tween85. The results showed that polyborate PBES and PBA has a good surface activity of γcmc =30 mN ·m^-1 -32 mN·m^-1. At temperature 30 ℃ and 50 ℃, the maximum inhibition effectiveness of PBES and PBA may reach around 97% and 92% respectively,which are significantly better than that of OP- 10 and Tween85. Increasing the molecular weight of BES or increasing the concentration of the polyborates can improve the corrosion inhibition effectiveness.
