摘　　要：介绍了四类主要的蛋白成膜剂材料(酪素、明胶、毛蛋白和丝素蛋白)的性质以及作为蛋白成膜剂单独使用时存在的优缺点;总结了蛋白涂饰剂进行化学改性的必要性及蛋白涂饰剂化学改性的研究发展状况;阐述了接枝改性后产品获得的优良性能及不足与仍需改进之处;展望了蛋白涂饰剂在制革工业中的应用前景。Properties of four major kinds of protein film forming agent materials （casein, gelatin, feather keratin, silk fibroin）, as well as their advantages and disadvantages when used alone were described. Necessity of chemical modification of protein finishing agent and their development status were summarized. Excellent performance of product obtained after modification by grafting treatment, its deficiency and further improvement were expounded. Application prospect of protein finishing agent in leather industry were viewed.
