摘  要:将两种不同性能的NdFeB磁粉按不同比例混合,用模压成型法制备了粘结磁体。测试结果表明,磁体性能与混合比例具有很好的线性关系。依据试验数据拟合出磁体性能随组分含量(混合比例)的线性方程。同时,将两者按线性叠加求出线性方程,发现与由实测数据拟合的方程非常接近。由此可见,任意两种钕铁硼磁粉混合后,制备的磁体的Br、Hcj、(BH)max与混合比例遵循较好的线性关系。这为拓宽材料的性能范围、制备满足不同需求的粘结磁体提供了便利。Using mixed powders with two different properties level NdFeB bonded magnets were prepared by compression molding. Test results showed that the magnetic properties of the magnet and the powders mixing ratio have a very good linear relationship. Fit linear equations were derived of magnetic property parameters of magnet with powders mixing ratio from test data, and also linear superposition equations were given between two mixed powders. It was found that the fit equations from test data are very close to the linear superposition ones. That is to say, Br, Hcj, (BH)max of magnet from any two kinds of Nd-Fe-B powders have a good linear relation to the powder mixing ratio. This discipline facilitates broadening the performance scope of bonded magnets to meet the different requirements for bonded magnets.
