摘  要:目的:探讨脑钠肽(BNP)诊断心源性呼吸困难的应用价值。方法:选取急诊科就诊的呼吸困难组55例,其中心源性呼吸困难组26例,非心源性呼吸困难组29例,监测两组脑钠肽水平。结果:心源性呼吸困难组脑钠肽浓度(331.85±308.97)pg/ml,非心源性呼吸困难组脑钠肽(50.786±32.07)pg/ml,心源性呼吸困难组脑钠肽浓度水平明显高于非心源性呼吸困难组(P<0.05)。结论:脑钠肽水平测定对心源性呼吸困难诊断有重要价值。Objective: To investigate the value of brain natrietic petide (BNP) levels in diagnosts the cardiac dyspnea. Method:Divid 55 cases of dyspinea patients who visit the emergency department into the cardiac dysp- nea group (26cases), and nor cardiac dyspnea group (29cases), montoring the levels of whole blood brain natri- uretic in two groups. Results: BNP levels of cardiac dyspnea group were(331.85 ± 308.97)pg/ml, nor cardiac dyspnea group were(50. 786 ± 32.07)pg/ml, the levels of whole blood BNP in cardiac dyspnea group significantly higher than those in cardiac the nor cardia dyspnea group (P 〈0.05). Conclusion: The determination of whole blood BNP levels has an important value in the diagnosis of cardiac dyspnea.
