摘  要:为探讨砷中毒的肾脏损害机理,通过急性实验和亚慢性实验,研究了砷对小鼠肾脏脂质过氧化(LP)水平的影响。结果表明:在急性实验中,随着染毒剂量的增加,GSH含量逐渐增加,并呈剂量-效应关系;中剂量组SOD活力显著增加,高剂量组则显著下降;仅在高剂量组可见GSH-Px活力的显著降低及MDA水平的显著增高。亚慢性实验中,高、超剂量组GSH含量及GSH-Px活力显著降低;各剂量组SOD活力未见显著变化;仅在高剂量组可见MDA水平的显著增高,其它各组未见显著变化。提示:砷可引起小鼠肾组织发生LP。To explore the mechanism of arsenic on kidney injury,the effect of arsenic on lipid peroxidation (LP) in mice kidney was studied by means of acute and subchronic experiments.The results were as follows:In acute experiment,the contents of glutathione (GSH) increased gradually as the dose increasing and showed a doseeffect manner;The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in middledose group increased and decreased in highdose group markedly;The decrease of activity of glutathione peroxidase (GSHPx) and the increase of the level of malonaldehyde (MDA) could be seen only in highdose group,In subchronic experiment,the content of GSH and the activity of GSHPx in high and superdose groups decreased significantly,the activity of SOD in all types of groups did not show statistical difference;Only in highdose group did the levle of MDA increase significantly.The results indicated that arsenic could induce LP in mice kidney.LP might be one of mechanism of arsenic on kidney injury.
