摘　　要：目的探讨克罗恩病的外科治疗方法。方法回顾性分析我院近20年来外科治疗的28例克罗恩病患者的临床资料。结果本组患者术前确诊7例,误诊率75%。手术治疗33例次,术后发生并发症13例,其中死亡2例。结论克罗恩病的临床表现复杂,误诊率高,手术是治疗克罗恩病并发症的主要手段。Objective To study the surgical treatment of Crohn sdisease.Methods Clinicaldataof28casesof Crohn disease during recent two decades were retrospectively analyzed. Results Only 7 cases were diagnosed before operation,and the misdiagnosis ratio before operation was 75%. 33 operations were performed on these 28 patients, postoperative complications occurred in 13 patients and 2 cases died. Conclusion The clinical manifestation of Crohn s disease is very complexiable and the misdiagnosis ratio is very high. Surgical procedure is the main means of dealing with complications of Crohn＇s disease.
