摘　　要：目的探讨机械通气导致呼吸机相关性肺炎的防治措施。方法对我院ICU自2005年1月-2007年10月发生呼吸机相关性肺炎32例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果32例呼吸机相关性肺炎中,治愈14例,死亡14例,自动出院4例。结论ICU中呼吸机相关性肺炎发病率高、病死率高,防治呼吸机相关性肺炎应采取综合防治措施,以预防为主,严格无菌操作,尽量缩短机械通气时间,加强机械通气患者的护理。Objective To explore the prevention strategies of ventilator associated pneumonia due to mechanical ventilation. Methods Anlyzed 32 patients＇clinical information of ventilator associated pneumonia in the ICU of our hospital during January 2005 to October 2007 retrospectively. Results In the 32 patients of ventilator associated pneumonia,14 eases were cured,14 cases were dead and 4 cases discharged from the hospital automatically. Conclusion The morbidity and mortality of ventilator associated pneumonia are high.In order to control the occurrence and spread of ventilator associated pneumonia, integrate control should be performed such as ： precaution crucial, paying more attention to sterilization and isolation, shortening the time of ventilator and strengthening the tend of the patients.
