摘　　要：目的探讨输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗上尿路结石并发急性肾功能衰竭的有效性和安全性。方法应用输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石梗阻并急性肾功能衰竭49例。结果术后患者血清BUN、Cr均恢复正常或接近正常,尿量恢复,结石排净率为89.8%。结论输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗上尿路结石梗阻性肾衰竭,具有安全、疗效佳、损伤小、能同时处理双侧输尿管病变的优点,可作为结石梗阻急性肾衰竭的首选治疗方法。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect and safety of Holmium YAG laser lithotripsy with ureteroseopy on upper lithangiuria combined with acute renal failure. Methods Ureteroscopy holmium YAG laser lithotripsy was used for 49 cases of upper lilhangiuria. Results After the operation the serum BUN and Cr levels in the patients decreased obviously or returned to normal and stone free rate was up to 89.8%. Conclusion Ureteroseopy holmium YAG laser lithotripsy may be the first choice for the upper lithangiuria associated with acute obstruction renal failure, due to its safety, efiqciency and mini-injury. It can also deal with double sites of ureteral diseases.
