补髓生血颗粒对于慢性再生障碍性贫血患者IL-12水平影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨补髓生血颗粒对慢性再生障碍性贫血(简称慢性再障,Chronic Aplastic Anemia CAA)患者与粘附造血相关的细胞因子IL-12表达水平的影响。方法:将65例慢性再障患者随机分为补髓生血颗粒组(治疗组)34例和再障生血片组(对照组)31例,采用酶联免疫法检测治疗组和对照组慢性再障患者治疗前后细胞因子IL-12表达水平并进行比较分析,并与10例正常对照组进行比较。结果:CAA患者外周血细胞因子IL-12处于高表达状态,疗后表达水平下降,且补髓生血颗粒对IL-12表达的调整程度优于再障生血片组,疗后IL-12表达阳虚型与阴虚型有显著差异。结论:CAA患者细胞因子IL-12表达异常,可能与再障的发生密切相关。补髓生血颗粒能通过改善再障细胞因子的表达水平来改善CAA造血功能。This article observed the difference in expression level of IL-12 in CAA patients before and after treatment by marrow-supplementing and blood-engendering(MSABE).Method: Sixty-five cases of CAA were divided into two groups randomly-thirty-four patients of the treated group were treated with MSABE and thirty-one of the control group were treated with Zaizhang shengxue tablet (ZZSXT). We explored ELISA to detect sixty-five patients the expression of related adhesion cytokines IL-12 before and after treatment.Result: The levels of IL-12 were all higher than that in the normal controlled group before treatment, but after treatment it got reduced. The decrease in experimental group was superior to that in contral group. After treatment the comparison between the Yang deficiency type and Yin deficiency type showed significant difference in IL-12.Conclusion: The abnomal expression of IL-12 of serum can affect the bone marrow haematopoiesis and are related closely to CAA. MSABE can improve bone marrow haematopoiesis by regulating the expression after treatment.
