摘 要:应用哈茨木霉T2-16发酵产物对花生进行浸种处理,测定该发酵产物对花生种子活力及抗黄曲霉菌侵染能力的影响。结果表明:木霉发酵产物可提高花生的种子活力,表现为促进种子提早萌发、提高种子活力指数和降低种子相对电导率;该发酵产物可增强种子中与抗病性密切相关的酶活性,降低黄曲霉菌对花生的侵染。The metabolic product of Trichoderma T2-16 was applied in peanut by soaking seeds. The effect of T2-16metabolic product on seed vigor and the resistance to Aspergillsu flavus were studied. The results showed that the T2-16metabolic product increased germination percentage and germination index but decreased relative electrical conductivity,resulting in a higher germination and seed vigor. Meanwhile, the results showed that the activities related to disease resistance such as POD, PPO and PAL were increased. The infecting potential of A. flavus to peanut seeds was decreased. Therefore,it is concluded that T2-16metabolic product has a favorable effect on increasing the vigor of peanut seeds and improving the quality of peanut seedlings.
