摘　　要：在产品开发中,对CAE技术的需求是有层次性的。文章利用VB和ANSYS二次开发工具APDL及数据接口技术,研究了可满足不同层次目标要求的CAE技术,结合制造业信息化项目开发出了气钉枪辅助分析系统。该系统可有效地解决气钉枪产品研发中碰到的问题,对降低设计成本、缩短开发周期有作用。In the product development, the demand of CAE technology is a hierarchy. Based on VB and ANSYS secondary development tool APDL and Data Interface Technology, this article studied the CAE technology that can meet requirements of different hierarchies aims. Combined with manufacturing informatization projects, we developed the aided analysis system of air nailer. The system can effectively solve practical problems in product research and development, as well as reduce design costs and shorten the development cycle.
