摘　　要：压榨是葡萄酒生产中的重要的工序,压榨设备决定了葡萄酒生产的质量和产量。文章介绍了新型双螺旋葡萄压榨机的结构原理,并对其结构设计做了详细的分析和论述。Express in the key process in grape wine production.
