莱钢全干法除尘高炉降料面操作实践

摘　　要：对莱钢2号1880m^3全干法除尘高炉降料面操作实践进行了总结。通过采用合理的封炉料结构、多种手段确定料面位置、雾化打水、控制合适的顶温、合理安排出渣出铁等措施,将料面降到预定位置,达到了安全、稳妥、顺利、准确的停炉要求。The paper summarizes the operation practices on lowering stockline of No. 2 1880m3 BF provided with fully dry dedusting system in Laiwu Iron and Steel Co. ,Ltd. The stockline is lowered to the preset point by improving the structure of furnace blocking material, detecting stockline position via different means, properly controlling furnace top temperature, executing water mist spraying and rational slag and iron tapping, which makes furnace stop in safe, stable, smooth and accurate mode possible.
