摘 要:制备了碳化钨与SAPO-11分子筛的混合催化剂和复合催化剂,并制备了Pt/SAPO-11参比催化剂,比较了它们对正十六烷的临氢异构化的催化性能。结果表明:WC(20%)/SAPO-11混合催化剂对正十六烷的转化率略高于Pt(0.5%)/SAPO-11,而WC(10%)-SAPO-11和WC(20%)-SAPO-11复合催化剂的转化率都低于Pt(0.5%)/SAPO-11;WC(10%)-SAPO-11和WC(20%)SAPO-11复合催化剂的异构烷烃产率和选择性都高于WC(20%)/SAPO-11混合催化剂,但仍然比Pt催化剂低很多。The platinum-like tungsten carbide mixture and composite catalysts, and platinum plus SAPO-11 molecular sieves catalyst were prepared. Their n-hexadecane hydroisomerization properties were studied. Results showed that the catalytic activity of WC(20% )/SAPO-11 mixture catalyst was slightly larger than that of Pt(0.5% )/SAPO-11, but that of WC( 10% )- SAPO- 11 and WC(20 % )-SAPO-11 composite catalysts were less than Pt(0.5 % )SAPO-11. The production rate and selectivity of n- hexadecane hydroisomerization for WC( 10 % )-SAPO-11 and WC(20 % )-SAPO- 11 composite catalysts were both larger than that of WC(20% )/SAPO-11 mixture catalyst, but all of them were much less than that of Pt(0.5% )SAPO-11.
