摘  要:用悬浮聚合法合成了直径为1μm的磁性微球,并制备了免疫磁性微球(IMMS),通过IMMS酶免疫法检测了不同浓度的白色念珠菌。结果显示白色念珠菌抗原浓度与其吸光度双自然对数呈良好线性相关性,R=0.9998;其检测抗原浓度与标准品浓度差异百分率均〈10%;标准管和空白管不同时间所测吸光度值相对应的变异系数百分率(CV%)均〈5%;该方法显色稳定性好,检测线性范围宽(0.16~100μg/mL),准确性高,具有操作简便、快速的优点。A magnetic microsphere with diameter of 1 tan has been synthesized with method of suspension-polymerization. An immunizing magnetic mierosphere (IMMS) has been prepared and candida albicans with different concentration was detected by IMMS immunization method. The result shows that there is a good correlation between the antigen concentration of candida albicans and the twin natural logarithm of absorbance (R = 0. 999 8). The variation percentage of the detected antigen concentration corresponding to the concentration of standard specimen is less than 10%. The correspondinging variation percentage (CV%) of absorhance value of standard group and control group measured at different time is less than 5 %. This method gives good coloration stability, wide inspection linearity and inspection accuracy as well as the advantages of easy and fast to operate.
