摘 要:采用模压工艺制备苎麻纤维/聚丙烯复合材料,研究了复合材料在100℃加速热老化前后的性能。结果表明:纤维长度、纤维含量对复合材料的力学性能及熔融性能均存在明显的影响,氢氧化钠碱处理纤维及使用界面增容剂均可改善复合材料的力学性能,提高熔融峰温度。然而,热老化将明显降低复合材料的力学性能,改变熔融状态及结构形貌。Ramie fibre/polypropylene composites were prepared by compression molding process, and the properties of the composites were investigated by comparing the mechanical properties of composites before and after the accelerated thermal aging test at 100℃. The results showed that both the lengths and contents of the fibre had significant effects on the mechanical and melting properties of the composites. Both fibre treated with sodium hydroxide and eompatibilizer could improve the mechanical properties and increase the peak inching temperatures of the composites. However,accelerated thermal aging not only decreased the mechanical properties remarkably but also altered both the melting state and the morphologies of the composites greatly.
