摘　　要：本文探讨了信息时代高校图书馆中的学生助理管理。高校图书馆应加强对学生助理的管理,制定学生助理工作管理条例,建立学生助理管理信息系统,以提高工作效率。图书馆员还要正确引导和教育学生助理,培养他们的工作能力,为以后步入社会奠定良好的基础。This paper probes into management of student assistants in university library in the information age. University library should focus on the： management of student assistants, formulate the student assistants job management rule and build an information system for managing student assistants in order to improve the working efficiency. Librarians should guide and educate student assistants, foster their working abilities, and lay good foundations for their going into the society.
