摘  要:提出了一种配电网接线模式的综合评价体系,该体系综合考虑了配电网接线模式的安全性可靠性、经济性等因素,并建立了各项指标隶属度函数,按各指标值的加权平均对配电网接线模式进行综合评估。文中选用了上海某地区10kV中压配电网规划的实际案例,对该地区的多个规划方案进行评价,算例表明,所提出的方法能有效量化描述配电网接线模式的优劣。A comprehensive evaluation hierarchy is introduced in this paper. Security, reliability, economic profit and other indices are included in this hierarchy. Functions of membership grade are constructed for the evaluation indices. The final evaluation is determined by the weighted average of each index. The 10kV distribution network planning of a district in Shanghai is selected as an actual example, in which several planning alternatives are evaluated based on this method. The results of the example show that the method proposed in this paper can give a quantitative evaluation on the connection modes effectively.
