经直肠内修补术治疗直肠前庭瘘

摘　　要：女婴因会阴部感染继发直肠前庭瘘在我国较为常见。结合我院手术治疗65例患儿的随诊情况，对经直肠内修补术的手术方式、手术年龄、手术要点及术式的优点进行了阐述，提出经直肠内修补术手术简单，不损伤肛门括约肌及会阴部正常结构，愈合后外阴部不遗留疤痕，是可以推荐的一种手术方式。Acquired rectovestibular fistula is a frequent condition in female. 65 cases underwentsurgical procedure and were followed up in our hospital. Discussion was made on intrarectal fistularepair about its indication、methed and benefits. It is simple method and can maintain normal anatomicstructure of sphincter of anus and perineum. There is no scar in perineal area after operation. We recommend this method of operation.
