摘　　要：在组织设计和组织设计实现过程中,能否较好地体现激励机制,是组织目标能否很好实现的关键因素之一。本文从军队中小医院的护理队伍现状出发,总结并提出了对护理人员有效激励的可能方法。In process of organizational design, the incentive mechanism plays an important role in the goals achieving of organization. Combing with the current status of nursing staff in middle and small military hospitals, the article summarized the effective incentive methods for the nursing staff.
