单臂外固定支架治疗股骨颈骨折进针方法的改进

摘　　要：股骨颈骨折采用经皮穿多根骨圆针单臂外固定支架治疗,有多项优点。但因常规进针时针穿过了阔筋膜及股外侧肌,影响了膝关节活动,最终影响了整个下肢的活动,产生了许多术后并发症。通过对进针途径的改进,避免了膝关节活动受限,减少了术后并发症的发生,治疗效果更好。There are many advantages in treating femoral neck fracture by percutaneous multi-Kirschner wires combining with single-limb external fixation device. such as the method is simple, early movement is allowed and stability of pin is good, etc. But in routine method, pinning through tensor muscle of fascia lata and musculus vastus lateral is may restrict the movement of knee joint. Furthermore the whole lower limb may be affected and many complications may be produced. With the improvement of pinning way, restriction of knee joint can be avoided, post- operative complications are reduced and better effects can be gained.
