摘 要:通过叙述首钢高炉热风炉现状和技术进步,说明首钢高炉热风炉向大型、高风温方向发展。通过分析首钢北京地区、首秦和迁钢等高炉热风炉投产以来的风温变化,阐明首钢全部高炉煤气热风炉采用高温空气燃烧预热技术实现风温1250℃。利用仿真和冷态试验等手段从理论和机理上研究了首钢现有不同高炉热风炉结构的流场和温度分布特征,指出了顶燃式和内燃式热风炉存在的问题。首钢高风温试验研究采取加强系统监测、操作制度优化和改善原燃料条件等措施,实现了1250~1280℃的风温。该试验研究结果将在首钢、京唐大型高炉上进一步实施,为国内外高炉提高风温研究提供参考。Present state and technology progress of hot blast stove in Shougang were narrated, and the developing direction of BF stove in Shougang is large type and high blast temperature. By analyzing the change of blast temperature in Beijing area, Shouqin and Qiangang company since BF stoves were put into production, BF stove with BF gas burnt in Sbougang can reach its blast temperature to 1 250 ℃ by using high temperature air combustion. Flow field and temperature distributing of different BF stove in Shougang were studied by simulation and cold test, and the questions of top and inner combustion type were found. High blast temperature can be reached between 1 250 and 1 280℃ by enhancing on-line monitoring system, optimizing operating system and improving the condition of material and fuel in Shougang. The methods will be carried out on and the large blast furnace in Jingtang company. It can also offer reference for the study of high blast temperature of domestic and overseas BF.
