摘 要:基于烧结矿SEM图像的特点,利用程序,采用周长-面积法,计算了烧结矿二维显微结构中晶界的分形维数,同时测定微型烧结得到的烧结饼的冶金性能,建立了晶界分形维数与其冶金性能的关系,并结合扫描电镜等实验手段对其数值及相关关系进行了合理解释。研究表明低硅烧结矿晶界具有分形特征,可以用分形维数定量地描述材料的显微结构。随着烧结矿二维显微结构的分形维数增大,材料的抗压强度也随之增大,材料显微结构的分形维数和材料的抗压强度之间存在着很强的相关性。According to the characters of the sinter ore SEM(scanning electronic microscope) image,fractal dimension calculation program(FWJS) has been designed with Visual C++ program language.In the program,the perimeter-size method was used to calculate the fractal dimension of the borderline of grains.The metallurgical performance of sinter cake was obtained,which was prepared through the experiment of minimized sintering.The relationship between fractal dimension of sinter and its metallurgical performance were established, and the value and relationship were explained logically by the experimental method of SEM. The results show that the borderline of grains in sinter has fractal character, the fractal dimension can be used to describe the microstructure of the sinter, and with the increase of the fractal dimension, the compression strength of sinter is enhanced. There is significant relationship between fractal dimension of sinter and its metallurgical performance.
