指纹图谱评价甘肃丹参中脂溶性成分的质量

摘　　要：目的:建立评价甘肃丹参质量优劣的指纹图谱分析方法,比较野生品和栽培品的质量。方法:采用HPLC,色谱条件:Hypersil ODS(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水,梯度洗脱;柱温:35℃;流速:1.0mL.min-1。结果:确定了甘肃丹参脂溶性成分指纹图谱中的13个共有峰,10个样品的相似度在0.90以上。结论:8批野生品和2批栽培品的甘肃丹参质量相当,指纹图谱分析方法可作为全面评价甘肃丹参药材质量的依据。Objective： The finger print method of evaluating the quality of salvia miltiorrhiza bunge in Gansu, comparing the quality of wild and plant product. Methods： HPLC method was used, the column condition： Hypersil ODS（250mm × 4. 6mm, 5μm） ; the mobile phase was Methanol-water, gradient elution, the column temperature was 35℃ ; the flow rate was 1.0mL-min^-1. Results： The 13 common peaks were pinpointed by the determination of salvia mihiorrhiza bunge, the similarities which were proved to be higher than 0. 9. Conclusion： The quality of the 8 batch wild products equal to the 2 batch plant products ; the finger print method can provide evidence of the quality of gansu salvia mihiorrhiza bunge.
